Roundabout Farm is a small collection of beautifully converted farm buildings set within seven acres of peaceful North Norfolk countryside. Thoughtfully restored and designed with comfort in mind, our suites and cottages offer a calm, welcoming base for guests and their dogs to relax and unwind.
Surrounded by quiet lanes, woodland edges, and open skies, it’s a place to slow down, breathe, and enjoy the simple pleasure of being away.
Boutique Guest Suites
Stay in one of our beautifully converted farm building suites, each designed for comfort, calm, and slow, peaceful mornings.
- Blickling Suite – A spacious, light-filled suite with a super-king bed, private sitting room and a kitchenette equipped for light use. A calm, vaulted retreat for slow mornings and relaxed evenings.
- Felbrigg Suite – A bright, welcoming suite with a super-king bed, a full kitchen for easy self-catering, and a cosy adjoining space perfect for reading or unwinings after a day exploring North Norfolk.
Guests staying in our Boutique Guest Suites have access to the shared outdoor hot tub, located in a sheltered corner of the main courtyard. To use the hot tub, a private time slot must be booked in advance, and a small charge applies per session. The hot tub is only available during booked sessions, ensuring a relaxed and private experience for all guests.
Pear Tree Cottage – Flexible Two-Bedroom Cottage
A welcoming two-bedroom cottage created by combining Oxburgh Cottage and the adjoining Houghton Suite. This flexibe layout allows guests to enjoy the full original Pear Tree Cottage when both spaces are booked together.
- Oxburgh Cottage: Self-contained one-bedroom cottage with a full kitchen, open-plan living area, and a private courtyard featuring its own exclusive hot tub, BBQ and outdoor dining space.
- Houghton Suite: Standalone boutique suite with its own kitchenette and a calm, comfortable living space. When booked together with Oxburgh Cottage, guests enjoy a seamless two-bedroom cottage with exclusive access to the private courtyard hot tub.
